Going to the Montebello islands for a windsurfing-surfing trip.Does anyone know what can be expected and where to go.
Newly arrived to Perth from Tasmania, lucked in on a charter, did not think this chance would come again. Surfing is guaranteed and i have been told by skipper it can get windy although he has not witnessed any wavesailing. Surely it has been done before??? Any stories????

Lucky you

There is wind but I'd stick to surfing

There's one spot there where you can surf half way around an island, then walk back to the take off and do it again

The sailboard will be coming.Have not had much sailing time this season and its got to be better than fishing or seeing a wave warp away from you and perfect for bearaways.Travelling with 6 other compotent surfers sure they would like to see some clean down the line.
Did you do much surfing whippingboy and did you see much of the 174 islands?
