Can anyone tell me what size (dia. length, thread) screws I need for a tuttle box fin (for '04 *board sonic).
Cheers

From memory 1/4 " SS pan heads..... length dependant on board thickness - put fin in box and stick something down the holes to measure and add a bit (10-20mm) for the thread to bite!

If it is 1/4 it will be UNC thread (not UNF)

Do you have a WS shop anywhere who can measure one and then you can go to the fasteners shop and buy them? They are a standard pan head metal thread you can buy at any fixings place (except hardware stores) - no funny dia or thread involved

My 07 Starboard iSonic uses 6mm x 30 mm metric pan head stainless steel.

I got 4 of every length from 10 mm to 75 mm, so now these sorts of problems don't happen any more

What sort of fin is it? All the fins I've tried use metric cross dowels.

Elmo might know more about whether metric or imperial is the go.
