There is a fantastic resource in the Seabreeze Windsurfing Forums. Both the major topic forums go back 75 pages to April 2007. Was that when it started, or have older posts and threads been deleted?

Well that is disappointing. The Internet Archive Wayback Machine is turned off for seabreeze:

If you remember Andrew, 2007 was when The GTC started, and seabreeze had been going before then.
I think old threads get deleted.

There is a or used to be a way to search old threads using Google, putting some commands in the search box.

The homepage states that Seabreeze.com.au was established in 1997.

Ive only been into SB for 2years. But im sure old posts get deleted. Ive read a few articles that are no longer able to be found??? Mostly RB stuff. Even so its a GREAT site. So much to be learned from a great bunch with a HUGE knowledge of windsurfing. Thanks crew.

I an sure that is correct Mike, but I cant say I really remember as I think I was frequenting other forums as well.

I guess I will have to ask Laurie if the threads have actually been deleted, or just made invisible.

We seem to have two threads running of almost the same thing:

Odd, I can get back no worries?

Are you clicking the "Next" button at the bottom of the topics list? ... I can get to the first post on page 336 ...

www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/General?page=336

(You can edit that page=# to go directly to a page, if you're desperate)

And Yes, Seabreeze was first online november 1997, forums added around 2003.

Ahhh, thanks Laurie. I just too a trip down memeory lane and it was.....slightly disturbing. So much I had forgotten.

I dont know why I could not do that the other day.

But I still come to a end at 75 pages back with the GPS and Speed forum, so I am guessing that was when it started.

Again, many thanks for the ride Laurie and everyone who had contributed along the way. It's great to see it's all still there.
