Forget about two, three or even four fins, the future is in multiple sails per board. Rad.....oh yeah....

THAT is, like, the awesomest video EVER, dude!!!

What where when how WHY?????

...to get a board like that made by a shaper would cost, what, 15 grand???

Where's it from? In the last split second - the news broadcast - we see what, Russian writing? But in the earlier part we see some other language...Dutch? Scandi? Swedish? I can't tell, I'm an Aussie!

I bet that board still exists in a big shed somewhere... the vikings probably get drunk and sail it on special occasions...

Looks like it was for a Coca Cola ad. My bet is the events took place in Holland around 25 years ago. Back then windsurfing was huge there. Remember the Surf song?

And that's why I never get asked to jump anything, probably just as well the furry one wasn't there either

Not that there would be any danger of pearling, with all that weight on the tail!!

mate, windsurfing is still huge over in Europe compared to OZ... just go to any of the major spots on the dutch coast on a windy weekend. You can practically walk across the water without getting wet.

this is pure skill when they tack and one by one they all do it perfect but i bet you they did alot of practice before they put it on you tube or.... cut out alot of crashing in the video.

Izaak, I don't think they put it on you tube, man...the internet hadn't been invented then, or just barely.

-- maybe they did a lot of work on tandem boards, and had a coach telling them "ok, 1 2 3 TACK" so they had to do it right on the button and not in their sweet time.

I also wonder if that board would SNAP in the middle if they went over a wave...

Reckon they could get it airborn off some serious ramp?

Or pull a forward? That'd the total 'extreme' windsurfing
