Streamlined boom head - mast bushing replacement

I have had success with 3D printing a replacement bushing with TPU. I'm impressed with the strength and durability of TPU compared to other filaments I have used. If anyone wants details or needs one PM me. Easy and cheap to make.

Did you post the stl file somewhere?

I've been using ones cut from a silicone mat.

I looked at trying to buy polyurethane sheets but it was hard to find and expensive. Is the silicone mat durable?

The silicone sheet was much cheaper than pu. Has worked fine for a few months so far....

I use rubber strip from Clarks. www.clarkrubber.com.au/products/strip-insertion-6-0-x-25mm. Maybe a bit grippy, but works.
