We had a small tropical storm nip past us in the Atlantic on Saturday. Was great for some rare late summer wind to dust off the 4m kit. Usually you just go when you can and hope to score a good session. Ended up going out and getting a short bump and jump session in. I tweaked my rotator cuff slightly so was a bit cautious as could feel it at times when the gusts would flutter the rig. I left my kit with a friend so she could carry on and I went home, grabbed some lunch to then check out the kiting crowd.
The kite beach was packed and a few friends offered their kit so I went out and got in another hour or so. Was good fun as I kite quite rarely these days. Was able to test a few new kites so karma paid me back in a nice way!
