I have a 79L and for me its great - but I'm not a big wave sailor. I mainly sail around Perth beachs and Lancelin and its perfect for that. It keeps on the plain during gybes and turns nicely. The few faces I have gone down it handles well but as I say I have really only used it in Perth (and a couple of small days at Lancelin South Passage).

I want to use it as a low wind/grovel wave board but i've heard its not as wave oriented as it used to be.
Looks the ducks nuts though.
