i need a proper wetsuit. managed to stay out an hour in a 1.5mm longsleeve top, but i was freezing my ass off.
it was cooooold. don't know how u even lasted that long 
according to the bom's records it only got to about 18 degrees

Great for my first time at Wello, some serious speed had by you windsurfing folk!
If anyone happens to find a kitesurfing bar and lines, brand flexifoil, colours red/blue/black, I lost it in the murky water right near the launch zone. Reward offered.

Took your advice Padi and got down there at 8am, sure enough, they had washed up just around the point in those two lonely mangroves - talk about lucky!

Looks like you all had an awesome time. Been about 5 weeks since a kite, and 5 weeks since I've seen Wello. 
The BAD thing about 5 days and 4 additional weeks of prac 
1 assignment left. 1 exam to go. Then ORIGIN where QLD will win again! 
So I'll be down there. Bet I scare the wind away
