Tom Luedecki is still shredding, but on a Wing Ding on the Gold Coast
That's good. My first slalom board was a Luedecki Tri concave, loved it. He also wrote a "how to jibe "article which was simple and got me turning after 2 yrs of trying.
I never did Formula 42 racing so went looking for more info online and found the class rules on Aus Windsurfing website:
www.windsurfing.org/files/rules/Formula_42.pdf
Guess they raced the longboards when winds were light and slalom when wind was stronger?
Did formula boards replace this class format?
Seen Phil Mcgain sailing Hookipa the last few weeks, on an old single fin, barely sailing for 30 minutes. Not for lack of fitness by the look of him.

Phil was into triathlons last time I saw him, I think, and still very fit.

I thought so . I went to school with his sister.. I must have seen him on the water but I didn't realise the connection.
