I noticed a small bubble about size of a 50 cent coin on the deck of my board. WTF. Best way to fix ?
The best way to repair a blister is to drill two tiny holes opposite each other at the perimeter of the bump the depth of the holes should only reach the void. Then mix a small amount of resin at two percent catalyst in a small cup and draw it up into a syringe enough to fill in the void and squeeze the resin into one of the holes until it comes out of the other hole. If you want to get the bump flat you have to place a heavy weight on top of the bump before the resin cures.let the resin cure for 3-4 hours before removing the weight and then clean up the area and your done.just make sure that the resin you use is compatible with your boards construction.

Of course, if its a board with polystyrene in it, like most windsurfing boards, you would want to use epoxy instead of polyester. 
As you say, make sure its compatible. Having said that, I have a board that's made from polyester.
Epoxy is safer as it will work with either type of construction.
It's not actually a bump in the deck. It's more like the surface has a clear layer of glad wrap on it and this section has just popped up from the main surface of the deck. Just like a blister on your skin.
I'm just concerned it might spread but it's not like a delam of the main structure of the board deck if that makes sense.
Then don't worry about it. It is just a paint bubble or sticker lifting. If really concerned, cut it with a razor blade and glue down with superglue (cos it flows nice and is instant) BUT only if you can be assured it will not get thru to the core as it is bad for styro.

I had something like that on my 'new' rocket. It was just a bubble in the clear coat on the top and I broke it and carefully peeled it off and you could hardly notice. Don't know if that's the same as yours?
If that is what it is you can ignore it it's only cosmetic..
Okay - it sounds / looks like it's nothing to worry too much about then. I'll shift my focus back to worrying about large dark submerged torpedo shaped objects.

Storing a wet board in a board bag can cause paint blisters. If that is the cause then if you let it dry out it might actually go away on it's own.

Yes I am guilty of that. Gawd, more things to worry about.
