Ive recently decided to go into competition. I am a young sailor at 50 kg and i need to pick two starboard isonic i just dont know which sizes to choose, im not going to sail in anything lower then 14 knots but i may sail in 30 knots or more.

Any ideas on what size i should choose ?

I coach a kid similar to your size except he weights 40kg. His biggest board is a 90L and he uses an old Isonic Speed 54 when its above 20knots.

I wouldn't go any bigger then 90L in my opinion and then get the smallest Isonic for when its windy (even consider a speed board -54 or 58 as 20+knots is starting to get windy). I would also look/use a fin which isnt to flighty and focus's more on control eg. Meanline Fins Maverick.
