I've read all the posts on the subject. Any recommendations on best "upright" fin(s) for this board?
Blasting conditions, 4.7 to 6.4. 80kg . Thanks

The best fin , blasting, single, tough one.

Best would be one with a powerbox , that way it fits into the cavity.
It comes to me, a Maui Ultra Fin, RIDE OF 30cm, it's up right it fits the box, it's neutral in color. It requires no adjustment, good thing, so slip in, align the screw , tighten up, blast away.
You can block off the side boxes and blast away.
an alternative is the K4 Fang, I've not found many , actually only one on here that find the yellow plastic composites an alternative to G10 or prepeg, or glass or

Tribal Kruze is very good for 6.4m, its more forward in box so no spinout problems at all, you can push hard and goes upwind well, speed and comfort is good too.
Drake freewave (same as MFC i think) has some rake but it was better in 4.7 weather, its usually wavy in strong wind so a little rake makes it more comfortable over chop.
Used Black project kraken too but didn't like it, it was too stiff and had spinout problems.
MUF ride looks very good too, used their freestyle fin and it was pretty good for such a small fin.

I have the Maui Ultra Fins Ride 30 for my Dyno 105 - perfect with 5.3. I also intend to use my MFC liquid pro 34 for up to 6.5 but not tried yet (slightly more swept back so may end up getting a bigger sized Maui Ultra Fins Ride if it doesn't work so well). I'm about 80kg.

Like Wavemuppet, I have the same board (Dyno 105) and got a Maui Fins Ride 34cm. It works well with my 7.5 and 6.5m. I'm 70 kg. So for the Dyno 95 you may want to go a fair bit smaller than what I'm using depending on what sail your using and what youre trying to do with it? The 34 hooks up well with the 6.5, but is inclined to struggle a bit with the 7.5 and tends to let go when you really load the fin up, especially when trying to get up and planing.

Thanks for the input guys. I've tried three fins so far: Vector wave/slalom 32, ok on 4.7, until speed increases in less wind with 5.7 then spinout. A lot of tip sweep. Bug slalom carbon 32, too soft, sailed sideways most of the run. Severne Fox 32cm pointer(I have the Fox 95), wind was dying, not a real test for blasting. I'm waiting on input from Peter at Tribal. Looking at Kruze or Powermax.

That's helpful - good to know the MUF Ride 34 plus 6.5 combo works well (I see another fin purchase coming...)
