When you windsurf there it's not that funny to me. I was windsurfing there dune the week, and spotted a seal, and I was just saying to some guys on the beach the other day, I hope thease guys dont bring some sharks in.

I dont know about windsurfing there now.. maybe inverloch and the pit are safer

You are very naive. Have you not spoken to many locals or fisherman about inverloch or the pit. Pit is notorious for sharks. Go to lysterfield if you want to be 100% safe. Otherwise sharks are part of bay and ocean sailing. Educated risk. Take up scuba diving it eased my shark phobia.

You should talk to windy miller he even sailed all the way up the inlet of the pit with some mates and windsurfed on to the sandy point surf beach. I dont think they met any sharks on the way very rare you would run into one i think
But yes i will take up scuba diving to ease my shark phobia

In my books the pit is a shark free zone

Gee I was hoping that the Shark spotted was an '06 Fanatic Shark 145 or the newer shape in 150. Then again, why expect someone with windsurfing experience to be posting here.
