Job description: International Sales and Marketing Manager

Overview
The Revolution continues. Severne is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated windsurfer to fulfil the role of international Sales and Marketing manager.
This position will operate out of the Severne headquarters in Perth, Western Australia.
Sales management
Within the sales role, you will be responsible for the sale of all products, including scheduling motivation and optimization of our current distribution network.
Marketing Management
Alongside the sales role, you will be responsible for marketing Severne product, philosophy and ideology.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Be an active windsurfer
Have exceptional communication skills
Previously established water-sports industry relationships
Experience in sales required, at least two years sales management experience.
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience required in sales or marketing
Retail or consumer products experience preferred.
