Hi Seabreezers anyone got real world with the 2018 Nano? I need a bigger wave board to compliment my Stone custom 80ltr for light days. Sick of ending up downwind with my 85kg + dad bod. It's not an everyday board for me in windy Gero but worry the 93 might be too small for light winds

Yes, I've got one and love it, however, being the first generation built in a new way it has some construction issues. Mine suffers from cracks in rails when jumped hard. I was told and shown that there is insufficient overlap of deck and bottom layers. This was solved in later generations. Another problem I had was with foot pads coming off after one season. Not enough glue or glue applied in a wrong way, I'm not sure, but all pads came off within five weeks and had to be reglued.

Thanks for the reply. I'm hearing they take a bit to get on the plane. I'm 90kg and this is to be my light wind option. How's the high level v for early planing?

I'm 85+ and use 93 Nano most days, but my light wind board is 105l. Nano has no problem with early planning but feels smaller than what it is. I still like the bigger board more when it's light. It could be me and my lack of skills.
