I'm fairly new to the sport and just picked up a Gaastra Mono V Grip Blue Line boom.
Roping it to the sail is completely different to my last boom.
Anyone out there know how to do it? Pic attached.
Cheers

That boom end is used for adjustable outhaul kits. Just use the pulley and cleat on the left for normal rigging.
That looks right
Thru sail, then around pulley and thru sail again, then thru cleat.
If you go thru the pulley on the RHS it may minimise rope crossing over and locking up in the clew eyelet- or may make it worse. It will balance out the pull though
Either way, looks like you are starting the rope in the right place
I know this boom . 3 x . There are many options on how you rope it up . Which ever way you do it , make sure you cross over to the other side so there are equal pulls on the boom end , otherwise all the force is in the rivets , ( not good ) .
The wanted second hand part of this boom is the rear end .
Its a comfy , heavy boom that is good .
Catapooolts in harness and incorrect rigging in the rear end will kill it.
