I got to admit it seems unbelievably cheap but how is it a scam & how would it work
Just use pay pal! I purchased a hard drive that looked way to good to be true, I just read up on the pay pal terms and conditions and made sure I was covered and went for it. It was a scam and pay pal returned my money. Disclaimer: double check pay pals terms and conditions before following my advice.
