Was pretty f@ken windy yesterday, Kym went out for a quick splash! Lots of unintentional air! Nasty shore break! Heres a few shots of the day, who else was out there?

Looks like you guys had the good winds....we had all-or-nothing. I was sailing a 5.5, not planing, coming back to upsize to a 6.5, got caught-out in an offshore-gusty storm, had to find shelter on a rocky outcrop.....AGAIN! (see 'silly boys' post!!!)

Hit by massive gusts, waited for it to pass, then tried to sail back in....not planing again!?! I'm guessing 10knot winds with 40knot gusts...

Not much fun, sore back/arms now!!!

Hello Dave

I sailed from 10:30am until around 4:00pm north of Brighton jetty. I started on 5·8 and then changed to 5·0 and then back on the 5·8 and finished the day on 4·7. The sea was starting to set up nicely towards the end of the day. Had a great time.

I desperatley wanted to go sailing yesterday i havnt been in ages. I've had my new board for two weeks and still havnt got it on the water yet, its killing me. I think i have to wait for school holidays now in two weeks which isnt to good. Both my parents are school teachers and end of term is really busy so we don't get much time to do much.

Anyway hope to seya all round really really soon.

Hey Dave

The shorey was nuts in the arvo. It made for some great jumping. The surfers where getting in the way.
