yup... I seem to remember that was a brand new sail that lasted all of maybe 30 minutes.

That particular sail actually survived believe it or not. I cained my shoulder on the mast in the stack but managed to squeeze out my first 40knot peak before the pain kicked in so it was all worth it in the end.
