I'd much rather watch something like that than someone going up and down a wave or doing loops. 
His 5.4 m no cam sail looked a bit under downhauled to me.
5.4 is the best and most natural size sail for windsurfing - at least if you are able to stay off KFC and Maccas
I never use less than a 5m as they become seriously twitchy and rarely use bigger than 5.4m.
So much difference in low end power between the two and yet only 0.4m difference.
Many windsurfers got into the big is better thing a decade ago but in actual fact whilst you do gain in overall performance by using a 7m or bigger you massively reduce the fun factor.

You probably have the sail too flat. Little sails need to be spot on with outhaul. Too much and they handle like a sheet of plywood.
I enjoy the 5-5.6 sails most too. Sometimes I'll rig 5.6 even if I should be on 6.2.

Cant believe people think Robby might not have is sails rigged correctly
He is on the Rn lift which is a super high aspect short boom sail . It does not rig with as much pre twist as the conventional slalom sail .

So far, all our local turtles stick their head out as we approach, which is very nice of them.
We talk and they always make good evasive manoeuvres.
