How do you think I should repair these 2 dammages on my JP Freestyle Pro 99 from 2008?

The first one doesn't look too bad, I think you'd get away with a sand back, a couple of layers of glass and some bog. The 2nd one could be more dramatic, depends how damaged the sandwich is. Is it soft? If you can squash it in more than the surrounding area, then the underneath glass is also damaged and the core foam has compressed. A "proper" fix, will mean peeling off the sandwich, and renewing it.
But you may get away with the same as the first, sanding back and a few layers of cloth on top.

Thanks, no it is not soft at all. The first spot was "filled up" by the first owner, one can see a transparent material on it... it seems like a very punctual impact, or punch with some object...
I'd leave it then.
They're watertight and non structurally damaged.
If they are the worst you have on a 10 y/o board you're doing really well too

Yes, these are the only dammages. The rest is like new. And the weight is 6,4 kg, footstraps inclusive.
Do you think I could gently scrape the paint cracks, with a new/sharp cutter blade? To see how deep they are?
I would leave it alone since it isn't taking on water. I know it looks a bit ugly but you and your kit gets battle scars in this sport!
I would suggest asking some people at your local sailing spot to have a look or maybe bring it in to a trusty board repairer.
I've had older boards with paint cracks like on the nose of your board and they never turned into anything more.
