Im sure this has come up before,

Does anyone know of some one who does this? Happy to pay as I'm not the world's greatest fin fixer

Here is a 3d printable version www.printables.com/model/491976-powerbox-to-tuttleuniversal-converter

no need to buy a 3D printer. There are plenty of 3D printing services around.

Is there a reason why you can't put an extra hole/ insert into a Tuttle fin so you can use it as a powerbox?
It's probably a dumb question I don't have a fin in front of me so I can analyse it.
I have plenty of tuttlebox delta fins and my large board is powerbox. I can't be bothered buying a fin for it for the rare times I'd need it and this topic got me wondering.

Tuttle head is quite a bit bigger, and would require a lot of sanding and different angles.

Thanks . I started thinking about the head after I posted. Pity. It would be handy to be able to have one fin fit both types of boxes.

That's the aim of select multiconic system, one fin and head adaptator. I start with powerbox systeme and only use it in board i build. I find easily second hand fins with tuttle head, i cut with router head to to fit multiconic select power adaptator that i glue in with epoxy.

I was talking of one fin that could be changed back and forth as needed.

That.

As long as you can grind it near enough flat (10mins) then the gappy bits can be made up with resin, JB Weld (better) etc and then holes drilled. No idea if the product is still currently avail on that site

Oh! I used to use those a long time ago. Priceless if you needed a trim box fin or if you had an A-box fin and wanted to use it with a more modern board.

That is the select multiconic adaptator. I find it easily in shop in France.
