I know this has been raised before but; i am headed for the TWC next month from Darwin via Sydney. Qantas classify the first leg as domestic which means freighting my gear at the ridiculous cost of $650 one way to Auckland.
Any one got any ideas or suggestions for a cheaper alternative?
I believe Qantas now charge per piece of luggage (23kgs per piece).
I think you can register in advance to save all the issues?
