The Queensland State Slalom Titles are on this weekend at Wellington Point. The details and notice of race are on the WQ site so check it out at www.windsurfingqld.com. It is a fresh new site, which is easier to navigate etc.
The plan is to make the event quite social with a sausage sizzle on both days as well as an after race feed on Sunday.
Wello is a great place to take in the racing or have a sail yourself. All new comers are welcome and there is an open invite to all the Gold Coats speedsters to come up and get involved.
Memberships will be available on the day (required for insurance purposes) so come along to watch or get involved. It is always a great day and with nearly 90 members now there is always a good turnout.
