Out of idle curiosity I was looking for the history of PWA freestyle champs.
The PWA site doesn't maintain histories of that sort and it only carries the rankings for the past 4 years or so.
As I recall Freestyle was introduced in 98 and the winner was Dunkerbeck
So please correct me -

from 1982 till 1997 just was'nt called freestyle
it was called Robby Naish
there was no point in having a competition
