Where is the best place to learn to windsurf I'm from western sydney I been to narrabeen lake. I'm just wondering is there anywhere else to go.
I'm 103 kgs am I to heavy
ANY TIPS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Dont let your weight stop you. Plenty of us over 100kg sailors (1tonners club) out there. Just pick gear appropriate to your size, ability, n location. My most rigged set up is 150litre board 77cm wide 270cm long n 9.5m sail. For learning use a smaller sail around 5m. If youve never sailed before Maybe try find a board which has a centreboard. 160litre n up. Old raceboard is a good start.

In Ne you can go to kyeemagh at the big car park the beach is pretty safe for learning and when you improve the runs are better than narrabeen

Why not go along to Dobroyd Aquatic club and get some lessons

In a NE, out the front of Bayview Scout hall. Only good on high tide or down the road from the scout hall is BYRA (Sailing club) and agin it's only good on high tide.
