Thanks Stroppo, I guess I should email someone. Last time I recived 2 copies of the same issue, which was just after I renewed. Maybe something has been mixed up.

I didn't receive mine, and was going to ring in too.
Then realised my subscription had run out after 3 issues (new issue every 4 months) so it was my fault
