Tried finding a windsurfing, wingfoiling, etc. forum in New Zealand but couldn't find anything. Saw a cool video of wingfoilers having a great time in Takapuna, looks like nice conditions for winging.
Might visit in the future and want to know where to be for the best intermediate wingfoiling. Anyone know of any local forums?
There's a fairly active FB group called 'Kiwi Foil Froth' which seems to be mainly about winging. Join them and maybe ask there about forums?

Also FB Auckland Windsurf Sessions. Takapuna is classic NE spot and easy launch of boat ramp.
In Auckland when you have NW to SW there are a number of different locations depending on where you are and tides.
Taranaki is DTL Wavesailing and is rocky, gusty on the inside but AWESOME ??
