That's an absolute classic. To see Hally who used to shape our boards under the Hybrid logo is unreal!!!!!!!
Ti's said when he was shaping in Europe a couple of Germans rocked up to pick up their new boards.
"Nearly done fella's" Straight across the road and several pints (read heaps) later he wandered back across the road, shaped their boards and finished them off during the night. Couple of happy Colonel Klinks, job done.

This remind me my first windsurfing gear almost exactly like that triangle sails (not very long time ago)

How jealous I was watching others sailing easy and just couldn't understand why on hell I couldn't do this same.

But now I never advice to anyone starting career on $100 windsurfing kit . I feel lucky to survive and not discourage at this stage.

My first board was Windstar 4.2m long , triangle sail about 5.6 m and aluminium straight mast .

Hey that's my local spot! Nice find.

Just think you would have murdered them on a wave board and 4m sail.

True hero's of the sport

Never heard it called a power turn before though.....

I wonder if the mast curves match the sails
