Thumbs Up

What would a Monday be without another mast compatibility post?

Sails , Naish Redline 6.0 and 6.5 (2008 or 2009)
70kg sailor, 90l Thommen RS 60 slalom board,

Question - Given the choice of the following, which would provide the best range/performance.

1.?Powerex SDM 430 80% carbon (new, Chinese manufactured)
2.?Naish Firestick RDM 430 85% carbon

I?m aware the Redlines were designed around an SDM mast, but have heard some folk have used the cam spacers provided with the sails to fit to an RDM mast. Also aware the Powerex is likley a constant curve vs hard top bias for the Firestick.

Anyone using Redlines with RDMs able to comment?
