nah we got most of the way thru it but southside was winning by so much the others packed up their toys and went home ( something to do with lighning I think they said). Doesnt phase the sydney guys though we love the stuff.
Gotta love those sh@t stirrers who can't use their REAL name. I mean, it's true, Dan you can't do a cut back, but at least you know who is telling you when I tell you so.
Looks like we might be getting some wind! Hope you can learn to cut back soon dan as we may need the extra points![]()
Exactly where do you sail in W to WSW?
As it's windier early doors should we have the meeting pre 9am?!
Ide say we'de be down at gerroa, sailing the right place on the wrong tack. Can someone clarify the meeting spot for the weird forcast please.
At this stage Gerroa will be the meeting place, but if things continue to change we may head to windang. Aim to get to gerroa ASAP on sat as we may only have wind in the morning (9-10am rego).
Call me if anyone is unsure 0406554354.
A couple of years ago we freesailed at gerroa in a SW. It was gusty but waves were clean and they were kind of coming at you because of the wave direction. Its basically exactly opposite to a NE there. We sailed a bit further south along the beach. You's might get something similar on the weekend.
