It had great staying power..I called at the postie from across the road & he jammed on the brakes.
Cocky swayed forward but stuck on.I loved it as I used to be a postie and cockie even had an ID tag especially made for him..

Not sure what the red thingy is..I'm sure it was free to fly off etc if it wanted.all the locals love it.
