Currently weigh about 90Kg but dropping; I can't believe how much wait I've put on in the 7mths I've been over here. Trouble is that now I've started sailing after work midweek I've got no time to go to the gym

- never been able to get out when the winds been blowin - makes me wonder how everyone else is faring?
We've had stuff all wind here in Newi, but it's either 10 knots or 30 knots, so prob my 5.0m and 83 litre NewWave, i've used that combo about 5 times, shows how much wind we haven't had here.
