30 days and no sign!!After saying i had not had any problems in another post!!!- must have jinxed myself.
I sent a brand new Grip 2022 to Adelaide depot from Hobart on the 20th of August. It did take 10 days to leave Hobart but it has not been scanned since it left Devonport on the 1/9.22. I wish there was a direct number to the depots as all you can contact is a national 13 number- I am betting something has happened inn the Melbourne depot- probably sitting in a corner- well i hope.
Does anyone know if there is only one Melbourne depot at Dandening south?...
I had a board go missing from Hunter Express , who own e-go . Never got it . It was a $500 second hand board and there was nothing I could do about it . I didn't insure it . Same as you , it was scanned at a couple depots , then **** ! , gone !
Having said that I have used e-go many times without any problems .
Good luck .![]()
Thanks,' Hopefully they check cameras might help know its movements ,. it is quite obvious!- check photo.- lucky I took this photo when i dropped it off.
Hope it does turn up as bit more that $500--- $3-4000 as it was new in box

You would think a big F/O board would be hard to lose !
PM'ed.
Happy to go to Adelaide depot before work and enquire on your behalf.
I've used e-go many times, even Perth to Melbourne 3 days.no problems except for 2 times from Tassie similar story. You can email Hunters which will generate a search but lucky if anyone replies. Main depot is Dandenong.
Can call Hunters admin, but they only go by tracking on there computer.
My last dealing Tassie to Geelong windsurf mast finally showed up 8 weeks later but this included the Xmas period.
Just be patient should eventually show up.

Do you know that the Dandenong depot has closed and they have moved.
Had a mast go missing for 3 months(ego) got a call from a small depot from outback Queensland saying they've had a parcel sitting in their depot for ages, lucky someone had the decency to make a phone call.
When they lost my sail from Perth to Brisbane a few months back I got a lot more help from the subcontracted courier that the package was initially sent with. If you can get through to Hunter Express customer service ask which courier firm it was sent with and call them directly.
Thanks. yes i have contacted the first subcontracted carrier. Road Runners . Tracking shows up until it left them and headed to Melbourne.
They were very helpful- but cant do anymore .
I am now aware the Dandenong depot has moved.- but that was in June so luckily it should not be the cause.
The Hunter help centre are very slow at responding. It would be good if some rep could at least ring and let you know what the procedure is - how they are going with it etc. especially considering its value and it has been 30 days.
I have rung them everyday and asked for update . But best answer is "We have done a ground search of the 3 Tasmanian depots but nothing there". I knew that from my own research on monday within an hour!!. Surely they would know which container it came off and they could check the cameras etc.. especially considering i have supplied a very good picture of box.E-go quickly send you a picture if your item is oversized, underpacked etc.. ( i have had that before).
Very frustrating!!! for myself the sender and the receiver.
If i was in Melbourne or Geelong depot i would have driven in and shown the picture to someone on the floor.... .
