So, my mast length is 410 and my sails luff is 415. Is it ok to use this mast or should i get a new one?

There is another piece of equipment called mast extension that will help you to match the luff specs. There are also rigging videos if you are not sure about the process.

410 is probably an epoxy mast
and i still use them in the cold weather - "coldweathersurf"
on OLD sails

Be like a virgin in the back seat at the drive in. Stick it in and find out what gives

As far as I know there isn't much alternative, except perhaps a standard 400 mast. As Joe implies, there's more to masts than their length.
Modern sails are usually mast specific, in terms of their stiffness and bend characteristics. If you want the best out of a modern sail, it needs to be on a compatible mast.

Maybe the mast is cut down from a 430,
considering it the OP , first post
i would think they are not knowledgeable to it's a non humorous attempt to do so

Mast size doesn't matter as long as you keep your fin from smelling of fish
