Mast track is under the glass and paint and hole will be routed out before deck grippping, vent plug will also be drilled.
Thanks dudes. Mike's on the money, It's under there but I route it out after painting so it keeps the boxes clean. I don't mind red on smaller boards( and still have lots left ) , the windy days I pull them out on are cooler so there's no hot issues with the sun.
I used 20 meters of 4oz glass plus carbon and patches so it should be bullet proof. It's 100% per-pregged witch keeps the weight right down with 2 pack senna red and clear coat. Will be deck gripping it tomorrow morning , the pygmies prefer wax.
Winds up tomorrow and she's ready to go. Found the mast track, I knew it was in there somewhere. Who's sailing where tomorrow? www.seabreeze.com.au/gallery/gallery.asp?imageid=6161
