Some accident while windsurfing caused this problem about half a year ago but it didn't effect my motion much (after 2 weeks of little pain) so i didn't pay attention. Yesterday i felt pain again after an awkward pressure, so i will try to fix it.

Anyone esle has this problem or had and fixed it before?

This video include some exercises:

Does your wrist look exactly the same as in the video? There is a capsule surrounding your wrist, that capsule can herniate causing a bulge, it happened to me once, probably best to see a sports physician. Though all I did was rest it and it went away, but may have had it taped up as well. Was doing handstand pushups at the time (90 degree bend on wrist), put a lot of pressure on the wrist. Went to doing the handstand pushups using bars, lot less pressure on wrist because it was straight and not bent at a 90 degree angle

So figure out what you are doing that strains your wrist, and stop doing it if possible, compression bandage could help too, but first check with a sports physician or physical therapist.

Is it a Bible Bump? My wife had one and it just went away after a few weeks.

HSPUs! You beast. I wish I could do that.
I once spent some time attacking frog stands but I stopped because of wrist pain. I'll have to get back into it.

Yes it looks like as on the video, and as he demonstrates, my right ulsa poking up about 1cm more than the left one and i can move it to normal position easily, its been like that for last 6-7 months with no serious issues. It happened on an accident while i was windsurfing, can't remember the exact accident, maybe a catapult, so i don't think its due to repeated or sustained pressure.
Don't know about capsule but he explains its due to deformation at connecting ligament, it stays too loose and cant pull the wrist to position.

Agreed about the video, very informative.

Free advice is just that, if it is not the capsule then I would see a physio, another accident could really damage your wrist.
