Interest seems to wax and wane. A good pic will get a good response.
For a better (ie louder and more passionate) response try posting the current pic on the kiting forum.![]()
The last one was over so quickly, I didn't even get to enter!!
It's like when they started showing the Simpsons for an hour every day; eventually the novelty wears off.
Let's slow down; maybe take a break...or how about a reverse caption comp: one guy writes a caption, and everybody posts pictures to go with it???
Nah I don't think it's jumped the shark,
I think although I had a good photo it didn't leave much opportunity for diverse comment that's why I flagged it quickly
Its a good comp to keep going but maybe we should slow it down by giving the winner a week to organise the next picture and post it the following weekend and let it run another week??.
If the Fonz was to get his leg bitten off, it may well also take half his restrained old fella in those "neat" short shorts. I saw a bloody shark on low tide in the channel on my first season w/surfing run on schitty WSW 15-20kn at BP's in Australind on Monday (about a 3 footer).
Hello all, I am a gust-aholic and it has been two years since my last sail...
The water was shallow and the wind was gusty, the crustaceans were swift but I mounted repeatedly with haste. From my first outing in a while I am thinking this season can only get better - should i be looking to move to an undiclosed southern peel region sea-side suburb that shall perhaps still remain un-named? Hardie, do you still frequent these deprived tepid waters and soul destroying/manically absorbing forum pages??? Rooster, are you still sailing at Roosters? Our boat is almost ready, so give us a call soon for a wakeboard blast! Hope all is well in your worlds!!!! Seaton ;)
