Bit harsh on the 'full of it' analysis :P The way I see it, couple of dudes, a jetski, a wave pool and boredom and that's the result. Pretty damn sweet if you ask me, i'd be up for a go 
I meant it in the way they made the video..replayed all the moves etc .. not the activity.I can understand their desperation
