Hi Guys,
Heading for a road trip finishing camping at Woody Head (close to Iluka / Yamba). The maps/sat images look like there may be some good spots for some free ride blasting/ speed runs. Any suggestions on the best spots?

you can also try "Green Point" between Yamba and Angourie in a Southerly
have to go out through a keyhole in the point though

That video is the go to flatwater spot for Yamba in a NE breeze. Launch spot is Whiting Beach.
For some cross shore ocean/wavesailing I like Pippi Beach Yamba in a N or NE breeze
Try Fraser's Reef just Sth of Woody Head in the afternoons.
I will be up that way from about the 16th and staying at Woody from the 20th.
You aren't missing any wind. 10-12kts of ENE in the arvo.
I took the SUP out for sail yesterday. Just from the boat ramp over to Shark Bay and back.
If there is more wind I reckon Shark Bay in the Eastern SE corner would be good for a blast. Rig and launch at Woody then sail over walk across the sand.
Well our Summer holidays have been delayed until now so next week we will be up. If anyone else is round for a sail let me know!
