Are the shops in Australia as bad as the ones in Canada? I want to buy new kit but non of them, and I mean non of them answer emails, facebook messages, you ring them and they seem uninterested in helping and never get back to you. This is not the first time either it's been the same for years.
I started trying shops in the US and that was a bit better. I should however give a shout out to Mike Burns from Severne in the US who is the only one who replies and really try's to help. After months of trying to get a new spreader bar and mast base one email to him and he had it sorted, he put me in touch with Brit from North Beach windsurfing in Florida and they sent me the bits. Just seems crazy that It's so hard to give people money.
Try typing "spreader bar" into an eBay search. You will get some very 'interesting' listings
...I didn't know such a thing existed ![]()
windforce.ca is generally very responsive, though Vincent was traveling last week so there may have been some delays.

Don't have any money left for the windsurfing kit now.
