I have to paint a logo on my refurbished slalom board. I have a line drawing in cad that I can print out.

What's the best technique for applying a one off graphic. I was thinking I should mask it up and spray it but I dunno. Any suggestions?

application tape, and trace it on with grease proof paper like we used to do as kids, you know copy outline from your cad drawing (use a dark pencil like a 4B) then flip it over and scribble on back so it transfers, then cut out and remove bit you want painted with hobby knife and paint, best way unless you know someone with a vynl sticker cutter..

What's "application tape"?

it's that sticky paper stuff thats on those vynl cut stickers, it's like thin masking tape, and it's the same colour, you can get it from a sign supply place, or you might be able to score a little bit from someone that makes vynl cut stickers..
