Well at the moment I am in Penghu, Taiwan getting ready for the RSX Asian Championships and lets just say its freakin windy. On the RSX we can only use one sail that being a 9.5. The 9.5 we usually can hold up to 30 knots and so far we have only been able to get once for like an hour because it has been too windy since i have arrived.

I have been told that so far it has only been light, even knowing i have used a 4.7 and a 88L flare fully maxed. On monday from what the locals say we will most likely be on 3.5 and 62L waveboards

Looks like we are only going to be getting one or two days of racing in because it will be to windy, Best shortboarding ever so wrecked after 2 days sailing perfect 30 knots.

People you should check this place out IT IS SO GOOD

Heard about the place...they say it's nuts, not really pleasurable sailing at all, more like a survival test. My friend has a pin in his shoulder from there...

Good luck anyway!
