My dad isn't the spring chicken he used to be and has decided to sell his gear.

I think he paid around $3k the start of last year maybe.

Just wondering what I should pop it on seabreeze for?

Guesses
The board is a 2014 ish, still very recent so in good nick no dings no soft bits maybe $1000 - $1200
Carves are really sought after so would not ditch it too fast n cheap....

Boom a midrange model, mast likewise, $300 each? Dunno that boom looks in really good nick, maybe more?

Sail is old, probably a 2011 and mostly mono so usually quite crinkled and $100 to $200. Unless it is in magic condition maybe $300, but wavesailing people probably would choose a newer sail with more use than a 2011 model that is pristine.

Only my thoughts....

Don't sell the gear, ditch your kite and use it. You will never look back

I agree with Mark. Often people ask that question then we find it is a load of crap. That is actually quite nice gear for someone advancing from a beginner To intermediate. It's more like toyota/vw than Kia/Hyundai!

Yeah it's not that old so I thought it'd have some value.

also, Mark did not include the mast
NP X6 is supposed to be a decent mast - worth $300 ??
so, board just over $1000 to make it interesting
sail+mast+boom another $750 ??
and should come close to your $2000 total
ALWAYS ask for more than your minimum price
buyers need to peddle down to feel they are getting a deal

Dear Brohan,
All the equipment is good hovewer secon hand. I don't live in Australia but I can give you some idea about price.

Board:600 US $
Boom: 150 US $
Sail: 125 US $
Mast: 150 US $

These prices are valid for Turkey.
Bye, Melih...

The gear is pretty good , should get a couple grand for it , I'd presume there is a mast base , harness , Mabee bag and extra fin ?
Now I'm probably out of place here and I don't know the facts.
I hope your old man is ok.
If I was getting too old for this equipment and my son had some say in things to come , I'd think I'd at least want to have some light wind long board action.
I apologise if I'm all out of whack.

Old man is fine, just un-fit and like to eat a bit too much :).

Thanks for all the info guys!

Tell the old man to wake up to himself, he's getting unfit because he's not using his gear. Don't sell the fat lazy buggers gear for him, get him motivated again.

Sorry Brohan just my thoughts
