I seen a guy at lake catharaba open his garage walk across the road with his already rigged kit and was on the water in 30secs, i was pretty envious.
Theres a guy on the Gold Coast sails at the train, who has a check list and tape measure, i have seen him take so long that the coinditions have changed by the time hes rigged and he has to de rig and change sails, and on it goes.
5:30 Arrive at beach, crack a beer
5:35 Wander round beach with beer checking all sail sizes
5:40 Get windometer out and check wind strength
5:45 Open back of van and admire my equipment
5:50 Crack another beer, abuse kiters
5:55 Start rigging
6:05 Hit water
6:35 Come in stumble over kite lines, abuse kiters, have another beer
6:40 Crap on about how good I am while watching Neil do forwards, vulcans and spinny stuff.
6:45 Hit Water.
7:45 Finish session, have another beer
8:15 Go home
As you see my favourite hobbies are Drinking, abusing kiters and occassionally wiindsurfing
