My neighbour a few doors down is putting their place on the market - right on Budgewoi Lake, next to the launch area at Seventh Avenue, Toukley. Absolute gold for anyone into windsurfing, speed sailing, boating, or just lake vibes.
Selfishly, I'd love to see another likeminded person move in - someone who appreciates quick access for blasting across the flat water, chasing those GPS runs with the Budgie Smugglers crew who've clocked some solid speeds out there over the years. Imagine keeping your gear always rigged and rinsing off in the pool on the front lawn..!
The owners have been there 30 years, they're older now, downsizing, and shifting a bit further up the coast. So, if you're hunting a home base, weekender, or even a bunch of mates chipping in to share, this could be a cracker. The owner did ask me to tell all my windsurfing mates
