I stumbled across this site recently www.stevewilkings.com/ Steve Wilkings was one of the main photographers in windsurfing from the beginning and has put all his photos from 1960 - 2010 on his site - there are thousands, some absolute unseen crackers like Robby Naish in 1980 and another from 1980 of the fastest speedsailor of the time.
