I'm chasing some help to identify the make and possible carbon content of these masts? If anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated. I've been told that they are severne, but I'm not convinced or sure.
Cheers

The one on the left with the printing perpendicular to mast is same as YES masts were
But often same factory different brands so not definitive...
Thanks Mark, I was thinking YES mast too from flying around the net earlier! I appreciate your feedback. Thanks
Re carbon content - Check out the wall at the bottom of each section and you should be able to see a slight colour difference between the carbon and glass. This will give you an indication of the percentage of each. Sometimes glass is used either side of the carbon in a low carbon mast.
Note: tinted resin is sometimes used so the difference will be less obvious and reinforcement is sometimes added to the base of each section. You can also pop out the cup in the top and check there. The ferrule is integrated so the tip of the base might be an indicator as well.
Thanks Barn. What makes you say 90%? And any indication on make of mast?
SDM90 is a product in the SV range 2014-16.
Easy to tell. Also 5% chance they're SDM75's, only way to tell 100% is to scratch and sniff them. 90's smell like oil, 75's like an old sock.. If you have a poor sense of smell, there is a taste test too.

What do you blokes do to them before they go out to the retailers!!!???
Your excuse if ever seen in the office late at night with a handful of baby oil and an old sock.
Nice, I will remember that next time I get caught ................. finishing off masts...
