Pffftt!!! Tacking a One Design back in 1985 is hardcore freestyle, that stuff is voodoo or the devils work. 
Some sweet looking speed bear away spots in there, getting old & rooted knees, shoulders etc. that's it for me, sigh

The first problem is finding any ladies willing to sit on a beach being blasted by sand!
The only solution I have found it to drag a couch down to the waters edge and ply them with alcohol.

Watching these insanely good freestylers I always wonder "did he/she plan all of that before they start the flicking and spinning, or are they just that good they just cruise in and go with the flow?"
I liked how there was about 10 secs of bloopers -- so the guys not perfect after all
