So if you wanted to go somewhere for some intensive wave training, you'd maybe go to Maui? If you wanted to pretend you could be one hundredth as good as Gollito with some practice, where would you go? Bonaire?

Where are the best freestyle spots in Aus and where do the Australian freestylers hang out? I've never even seen one but I know they're out there somewhere...

Sometimes there is a bit of freestyle action at Kyeemagh on Botany Bay.

Dunno bout NSW, but in WA they tend to hang round the pond (safety bay), Melville beach and woodmans point (much to the disgust of some of the kiters).

I have seen a lot of tricky sh1t going down at the pond at safety bay (WA), and the euros go nuts on their freestyle on the flat inside the reef at Coronations as well -nice and flat water there and lots of it

nichole you have sailed sanctuary point it's probably one of the flattest place's to sail on the east coast of nsw , all you need to do is have a weed fin and sail north of the ramp , also contact ka360" arkim " he is one of the best teachers you will find , N/E is the best so you have 6 months to get it sorted

The other place they go over here is pelican point, but they have to stay down on the point for the flat water (much to the disgust of some of the kiters), everyone else sails straight out off the beach into the chop.
